The Blushing Peony is an homage to Chef Katherine Gonzalez’s Spanish heritage, offering a variety of beautiful, thoughtfully-prepared dishes. Pulling inspiration from her family, local farms, and local farmer’s markets, Chef Katherine is proud to introduce a chic and modern California-Spanish Mediterranean restaurant to Indian Wells.
